ETS-Lindgren's Model 8100-010 RF Power Amplifier is a 75W power amplifier, designed primarily for EMC applications that include IEC-61000-4-6, 10 Vrms up to 250 MHz requirements. Utilizing GaAs technology, this RF amplifier provides higher linearity, rugged design and better efficiency performance versus silicon-based amplifiers.

The 8100-010 provides very low distortion and tolerance for 100% mismatch.
