Quality is defined as total conformance to customer requirements. The standard for quality is error-free performance, outstanding service, and exceeding customer expectations.

ETS-Lindgren is ISO 9001:2008 registered through DNV for fabrication of antennas, absorbers, shielding, shielded doors and other system components. ETS maintains a continuous Quality Assurance Project and upgrades the Project to establish standards consistent with the new product requirements and customer demands. In addition, ETS maintains a continuous program of customer surveys to solicit feedback on quality and product performance and service.

The ETS-Lindgren Quality Management System is compliant with ISO-9001: 2008 and has been implemented since 2006. The quality system is administered by the Quality Assurance Department and unequivocally supported by both management and employees.

Both construction and manufacturing activities are monitored and continually tuned to exceed customer expectations and sustain work efficiency. This focus provides a winning formula for both the company and the customer. Sales representatives and our industry leading team of Engineers work closely with customers on turnkey EMI/EMC solutions which include RF Chambers, Testing Equipment, Calibration Services and Software under the auspices of the Quality Management System. Vendor's relationships are governed by a strategic relationships policy, which ensures cost competitiveness and high quality.

All employees receive regular training and utilize the latest technology and techniques to fabricate, manufacture, assemble and test our full line of RF Microwave and EMC products. The Quality Assurance Manager provides oversight and guidance of the Quality Management System. The QA Manager is a sixteen-year veteran of the EMC/EMI industry and has knowledge and experience in both the EMC industry as well as quality management systems. The Quality Assurance Department is comprised of employees totaling nearly 40 years of combined experience in Quality Assurance with the company. Quality Management and Engineering teams are also competent in product and industry safety systems which provides assurance that the products as well as the installation of the products are provided in a manner that promote safety and protection from economic losses.

The ISO 9001:2008 compliant system allows effective quality assurance of all critical activities including customer contract review, the engineering research and development process, document controls, testing, corrective and preventative actions, training, shipping, and installation of products. Each of the ETS-Lindgren plants work together closely to ensure products are designed, manufactured, shipped and installed according to the customer requirements. Designers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and RF Engineers work closely with all facets of the company to ensure a completed design meets or exceeds quality objectives in performance and integrity. From conception throughout the installation of an RF chamber project, our Project Managers work closely with the customer, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal ETS-Lindgren personnel to ensure all aspects of the project are continuing according plan and the customer's expectations are fulfilled.

Validations of installations are done with competent testing personnel using the latest in test equipment and software. Reports are developed and made available to the customer for reference upon completion of the validation testing. Quality system performance is regularly reported on a weekly basis in the operations group and monthly management/key employee meetings discuss the performance of both manufacturing and installation project quality. Quarterly company-wide employee meetings allow a forum to review quality performance objectives as well. Key performance indexes are updated daily on the company's intranet to allow real time review of the critical factors relating to business success.

Regular internal audits and a strong performing preventative and corrective action Project is the foundation of our continued improvements of products and services. Employees submit nearly 300 requests for improvement investigation projects each year, which is foundational of our goal for sustained continual improvement. This dedication and desire to provide industry leading products, installations and services is commensurate with the company's ambition to remain the leader in EMC/EMI solutions.

To illustrate our commitment to high quality and technical competence, ETS pursued and received accreditation from the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), which meets the ISO/IEC 17025 requirements/2005 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994. This commitment to excellence makes ETS-Lindgren a world class leader in EMC calibrations.
Our A2LA accreditation is especially beneficial for customers that operate or market in the other countries. Because the A2LA has mutual recognition arrangement (MRS's) with other laboratory accreditation systems, member labs around the world will recognize test and calibration data from our lab. This reduces technical hurdles for customers who market abroad.
