Running them on a supported operating system helps ensure stability, compliance, and efficiency. ETS-Lindgren developed ReadySetTest™ as an exclusive upgrade for customers with an active maintenance contract. Designed for TILE! and EMQuest users, the program provides a clear, structured approach to migration—giving labs the resources and guidance needed to transition with confidence while staying compliant and test-ready.

ReadySetTest provides flexible levels of support so every lab can transition with confidence. For teams that prefer to manage much of the process internally, ETS-Lindgren can provide a pre-scheduled, reduced-fee phone support. This offers direct access to ETS-Lindgren experts, along with a step-by-step written migration procedure. For those preferring on-site assistance, our engineers can coordinate the upgrade in person—an option that can be bundled with other services, such as annual calibration, to maximize efficiency and reduce overall costs.

In addition to support, ReadySetTest helps remove uncertainty around hardware. Customers can select pre-configured, pre-validated systems designed to work seamlessly with TILE! and EMQuest, or, for those sourcing their own equipment, ETS-Lindgren will provide minimum specifications to ensure compatibility. To keep projects on schedule, customers under active maintenance also receive priority access to limited migration time slots, reducing the risk of delays when approaching the Windows 10 end-of-life deadline.
