ETS-Lindgren Announces Automotive Technical Contribution to IEEE CPMT Symposium Japan (ICSJ2022)

The Leading International Components, Packaging, and Manufacturing Technology Symposium

CEDAR PARK, Texas, November 3, 2022 – ETS-Lindgren announced its technical contribution to the 11th IEEE Components, Packaging, and Manufacturing Technology (CPMT) Symposium sponsored by the IEEE Electronics Packaging Society (EPS).  The hybrid event of on-site and virtual meetings will be held from November 9 to 11 with the Kyoto University Clock Tower Centennial Hall in Kyoto, Japan, as the on-site venue.  IEEE EPS is the leading international forum for scientists and engineers engaged in the research, design, and development of revolutionary advances in microsystems packaging and manufacturing.  Regarding the ICSJ2022 technical program, IEEE EPS Special Speakers include Sam Karikalan with Broadcom Inc., on the topic "Material Needs for Meeting Next Generation Advanced Packaging Challenges" and Chris Bailey with University of Greenwich on the topic "Materials and Modelling Challenges for High Reliability Packaging.”  IEEE EPS President Kitty Pearsall with Boss Precision Inc., will provide the formal Symposium Welcome.

Invited speakers include industry experts on varied topics such as Photonics, Process and Material Technologies, Signal/Power/RF/EMC, Bioelectronics and Healthcare, Power Electronics, and Automotive.  Garth D’Abreu, Director of Automotive Solutions with ETS-Lindgren, is the invited speaker for the Automotive presentation “Trends in Reverb Chamber Testing,” scheduled for Thursday, November 10, in Session 7 from 13:40 to 14:05 JST in Hall I & II, with a remote discussion via interactive voice.

Reverberation (Reverb) Chambers are a popular test environment for full vehicles and components due to several advantages, including lower cost, higher field-to-input power ratios, and the ability to accept large test systems.  In addition to reverberation chambers, ETS-Lindgren offers fully anechoic test chamber environments as well as customized chambers to meet any manufacturer’s specific test requirements.  View our range of Automotive EMC Solutions for ADAS, electric-vehicle, and connected-vehicle testing.  Our Automotive Testing Solutions video and Top 10 Considerations for Automotive EMC Chamber Design and Testing brochure provide helpful insights into today’s dynamic automotive EMC test and measurement industry.

For longer than 75 years, ETS-Lindgren has been manufacturing a wide range of products renowned for setting the research, development, production, and service standards of the Wireless, EMC, and RF/Microwave Test and Measurement Industry.  Having the proven technical depth expected of an industry leader with more than 50,000 RF Shielded installations worldwide, ETS-Lindgren can guide our customers to an optimal test and measurement solution for their specific product application.  Rest assured that we will provide continued support through our six manufacturing factories and team of more than 750 employees worldwide.  Let us assist you with your test system requirements by calling +1 (512) 531-6400 US, + 81 3 38137100 Japan, or sending an email to info@ets-lindgren.com.
