CEDAR PARK, Texas, October 23, 2025 – ETS-Lindgren is proud to announce its technical contributions to AMTA 2025, the Annual Meeting and Symposium of the Antenna Measurement Techniques Association (AMTA). Hosted by Raytheon, an RTX Business, the Symposium will take place in person from November 2 to 7 at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona. As a Bronze Sponsor, ETS-Lindgren will showcase its expertise through presentations and research papers covering Radio Frequency (RF)/Microwave Test and Measurement System Solutions.

ETS-Lindgren’s participation kicks off with the popular “Boot Camp” on Sunday, November 2, from 8:00 am to 5:20 pm. This full-day program covers the fundamentals of RF and antenna measurements, featuring lectures and live demonstrations. Zhong Chen, Chief Engineer with ETS-Lindgren, will present and demonstrate “EMI/EMC Measurements.”

Janet O’Neil, Customer Relations Manager with ETS-Lindgren, will speak at the inaugural Young Professionals event on Tuesday, November 4, and host the Women in Engineering Reception on Thursday, November 6. Both events will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and are proudly sponsored by ETS-Lindgren.

“I’m excited to be part of the first-ever Young Professionals event,” said Ms. O’Neil. “It promises to be both entertaining and educational, with AMTA experts and newcomers teaming up for a Jeopardy-style competition. For the Women in Engineering event, we’ve planned another inspiring program featuring Colonel Carey ‘Mamba’ Jones, US Air Force (Ret.), and Roger Richardson, Delta Sigma Company, who will speak on innovation, leadership, and teamwork. Attendees will enjoy valuable networking opportunities at these events.”

ETS-Lindgren’s research papers will be presented on Wednesday, November 5, during Session 13: Imaging, Algorithms, and Processing Techniques, from 3:00 to 5:40 pm.

  • From 3:20 to 3:40 pm, Yibo Wang, PhD, Senior RF Engineer with ETS-Lindgren, will present “A Novel Method for Anechoic Chamber Evaluation Using Convenient Circular Movement and Modal Analysis in Place of Linear Scanning,” co-authored with Mr. Chen and Garret McKerricher, RF Engineer II with ETS-Lindgren.
  • From 3:40 to 4:00 pm, Mr. Chen will present “A Numerical Investigation of the Application of Compressed Sensing in Spherical Mode Filtering for Near- or Far-Field Antenna Measurements,” co-authored with Stuart Gregson (Queen Mary University of London and Next Phase Measurements), Dr. Wang, and Rostyslav F. Dubrovka (Queen Mary University of London).

Dr. Wang also serves on the 2025 Technical Program Committee, for whom he reviewed submitted papers and will chair Session 17: Range Design, Instrumentation, and Characterization on Thursday, November 6, from 3:00 to 4:40 pm.

“This year’s AMTA Symposium is especially meaningful for ETS-Lindgren,” said Joel Kellogg, Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing with ETS-Lindgren. “We’re honored to host AMTA’s 48th Annual Meeting and Symposium in Austin, Texas, from November 1 to  6, 2026.
