ETS-Lindgren to Exhibit and Present New Gating Library at the San Diego Test Equipment Symposium (SDTES) 2025

Cedar Park, TX – October 2, 2025 – ETS-Lindgren is pleased to announce its participation in the San Diego Test Equipment Symposium (SDTES) taking place October 14, 2025, in San Diego, California. SDTES is a premier test and measurement exhibition that brings engineers, business professionals, and industry leaders together for a day of insight, connection, and education. Attendees will benefit from workshops, presentations, and live demonstrations, all by esteemed industry experts, as well as the opportunity to network with peers.

A highlight of the event will be the presentation “Delve into Software Gating: Flexibility Meets Performance!” by Yibo Wang, PhD, Senior RF Engineer with ETS-Lindgren, during which he will introduce a new gating library that enhances VNA time-domain processing with seamless MATLAB, Python, and C integration. This library incorporates ETS-Lindgren’s patented SEEG method to minimize edge artifacts and support both spatial and spectral analyses. Dr. Wang will give a live demonstration using a portable vector network analyzer, or NanoVNA, and session attendees will receive a free version of the library for real-time hands-on processing in their own labs.

“The goal of this new library is to make advanced time-domain processing more accessible and practical for engineers in the field,” said Dr. Wang. “By combining seamless integration with popular programming environments and minimizing common measurement artifacts, we’re providing a tool that not only saves time but also enhances accuracy. I’m excited to demonstrate its capabilities live at SDTES and look forward to seeing how attendees will apply it in their own work.”

In addition to the presentation, ETS-Lindgren invites participants to stop by its tabletop booth at SDTES, where visitors can find out how the company supports the test and measurement community with reliable, forward-looking solutions. Meet with ETS-Lindgren experts and pick up the Wireless Brochure, the Test and Measurement Full Line Brochure, and the RF Microwave Product and Service Solutions Brochure to learn more.
