ETS-Lindgren Supports Cutting-Edge EMC Testing at Lithuania’s RRT

CEDAR PARK, Texas, January 16, 2025 – ETS-Lindgren, the global authority in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Wireless Testing Solutions, recently partnered with the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (RRT) to deliver a full compliance 10M EMC Anechoic Chamber tailored to meet demanding industry standards. This collaboration reflects ETS-Lindgren’s dedication to providing reliable and innovative solutions that address the unique challenges of modern testing environments.

The chamber, a FACT™ 10 (Free-Space Anechoic Chamber Test-Site), is a modular RF-shielded enclosure designed to combine functionality with maximum  space efficiency. With internal shield dimensions of 20.50 m L x 12.00 m W x 7.95 m H (67.26 ft L x 39.37 ft W x 26.08 ft H), the chamber provides a robust, controlled testing environment for a variety of applications.

At the heart of a FACT 10 is ETS-Lindgren's DuraSorb™ DSH-600H Absorber, a technology rooted in decades of engineering excellence. This hybrid anechoic absorber combines the performance of FerroSorb™ with the structural integrity of PS Series absorbers, achieving reflectivity better than 17 dB from 60 MHz to 3 GHz and better than 20 dB above 4 GHz. These features ensure that customers can depend on consistent, accurate results during every test.

A modular RF-Shielded Control Room complements the chamber, constructed from 2 mm galvanized steel panels bolted internally for enhanced durability. Its dimensions, 5.92 m L x 3.20 m W x 3.12 m H (19.42 ft L x 10.50 ft W x 10.24 ft H) optimize the use of available space while maintaining seamless integration with the semi-anechoic chamber.

“This project is meaningful to us because it embodies the core of what we do: solving complex challenges with practical, dependable solutions,” said Joel Kellogg, Global Director, Marketing at ETS-Lindgren. “By collaborating closely with RRT, we were able to design a chamber that meets the highest standards of precision and adaptability, which is something we take great pride in.”

To uphold ETS-Lindgren’s reputation for quality, the chamber underwent comprehensive shield verification and anechoic absorber performance testing. These rigorous processes confirm its superior shielding and test capabilities as well as its ability to deliver reliable results, solidifying its role as a vital tool in EMC and wireless testing.

Through this partnership, ETS-Lindgren reaffirms its commitment to combining technical expertise with a personalized approach, empowering customers worldwide with solutions that not only meet expectations but exceed them.
