ESCO Foundation and ETS-Lindgren Donate Manpower and Funds to Local Charity

Cedar Park, Texas May 15, 2012 - ETS-Lindgren, a division of ESCO Technologies (NYSE: ESE), and the ESCO Technologies Foundation announced a $30,000 donation to Any Baby Can, a non-profit organization that improves the lives of children and their families through education, therapy and family support services in Central Texas. The donation will further the organizations efforts in the Any Baby Can Family Literacy Program, Parenting Education Program and Childrens Hearing Aid Texas (CHAT).In the last seven years, the ESCO foundation has donated $105,000 to the Any Baby Can Family Literacy and Parenting Education Programs as well as Childrens Hearing Aid Texas (CHAT). We continue to support Any Baby Can because it works with deserving children and families in need, here in Central Texas, where our employees live and work, said Bruce Butler, President of ETS-Lindgren.This donation is close to ETS-Lindgrens day-to-day business since the Cedar Park facility manufactures highly specialized audio testing rooms used in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing problems in children and adults.We bring help and hope to the youngest and sickest in our community, said Marie Felan, Chief Development Officer of Any Baby Can. Four years ago, we served 5,000 families. Now we are serving over 8,000 families - thanks in large part to companies such as ETS-Lindgren. We appreciate their financial support and the hands-on volunteer hours ETS-Lindgren employees spend at Any Baby Can.Support of the Family Literacy and Parenting Education Programs allows Any Baby Can to give parents the literacy tools and parenting skills to support their childs success in school, increase self-sufficiency, and raise a healthy family. The support of CHAT allows Any Baby Can to provide auditory services and hearing aids to children with audio logical needs who have no financial alternatives to meet those needs.Any Baby Can creates worthy programs that benefit the Central Texas community, said Melani Ivester, Manager of Human Resources for ETS-Lindgren.
