The Model 8100-123 RF Power Amplifier delivers 100 W of output power and is designed primarily for EMC immunity testing across the 4 GHz to 8 GHz frequency range. Utilizing GaAs solid-state technology, it offers high linearity, rugged construction, and improved efficiency compared to silicon-based products, making it well-suited for continuous operation in demanding test environments. Very low distortion and full tolerance for 100% output mismatch ensure stable and reliable performance even under challenging load or antenna conditions. Remote control capability via GPIB, Ethernet, and USB allows seamless integration into automated test systems. The amplifier is housed in a 5U rack-mount enclosure, with an optional bench mount configuration available for flexible laboratory setups.
