HP High Power Microwave Absorber
Our High Power Absorber is a honeycomb substrate coated with lossy films for effective absorption of incident electromagnetic waves, while the hollow network of the honeycombs allows air to be drawn through and withstand high temperatures.
Honeycomb Absorber that Can Handle Extreme Temperatures and High Electromagnetic Field Power Densities
Our High Power Absorber is a honeycomb substrate coated with lossy films for effective absorption of incident electromagnetic waves, while the hollow network of the honeycombs allows air to be drawn through and withstand high temperatures. Electromagnetic energy flux can be loaded to the absorber at a much higher power densities than conventional absorbers made with polyurethane.
ETS‑Lindgren's phenolic based material can withstand a maximum temperature up to 250°C (482°F) without forced airflow. With forced airflow, this absorber can withstand much higher electromagnetic field power densities.
