HI-2602 Interlock Monitor
The HI-2602 Interlock Monitor provides continuous surveillance of microwave fields to safeguard both personnel and equipment, integrating a patented microwave field sensor within a remotely mounted probe. It is suitable for use in any critical area and can interlock with microwave sources or alarms, with trigger thresholds adjustable up to 10 mW/cm² depending on the model. An LED indicator illuminates while a primary alarm relay activates when the RF field exceeds the preset limit. The probe’s diode detection array, located at the end of the plastic probe, can sum microwave electric fields of any polarization in a plane perpendicular to the probe axis. Connected via a BNC cable, the probe and main unit are calibrated together as a single, integral instrument, ensuring accurate and dependable operation.
