The Model 8100-138 RF Power Amplifier delivers an impressive 13,000 W of pulsed output power across the 4 GHz to 8 GHz range, making it ideal for high-intensity EMC applications such as RTCA DO-160 HIRF Cat L/G and MIL-STD 464 testing. Utilizing Silicon LDMOS technology, the amplifier achieves excellent linearity and efficiency while maintaining a compact, rugged design capable of reliable operation in demanding test environments.
