The Model 8100-096 RF Power Amplifier delivers 250 W of output power and is designed for demanding EMC applications, including IEC 61000-4-3 and ISO 11452-2 testing up to 200 V/m. Its wide 1 GHz to 6 GHz operating range supports a variety of commercial, automotive, and aerospace immunity requirements. Utilizing GaAs technology, the amplifier offers higher linearity, rugged construction, and improved efficiency compared to silicon-based designs, making it well-suited for continuous operation in challenging test environments. Very low distortion and full tolerance for 100% output mismatch ensure stable and reliable performance under difficult load or antenna conditions. Remote control capability via GPIB and LAN enables seamless integration into automated test systems. A standard rack-mount enclosure is included, with an optional bench mount configuration available for flexible laboratory setups.
