The Model 8100-092 RF Power Amplifier delivers 250 W of output power and is designed for EMC applications requiring IEC 61000-4-3 testing up to 20 V/m through 4 GHz. Utilizing GaAs technology, it offers improved linearity, rugged construction, and higher efficiency compared to silicon-based amplifiers, making it well-suited for continuous operation in demanding test environments. Its 1 GHz to 4 GHz operating range supports a wide range of commercial and automotive immunity requirements. The amplifier provides very low distortion and full tolerance for 100% output mismatch, ensuring stable, reliable performance even under challenging load or antenna conditions. Remote control capability via GPIB, LAN, and USB allows seamless integration into automated test systems. A standard rack-mount configuration is included, with an optional bench mount available for flexible laboratory setups.
