The Model 8100-080 RF Power Amplifier delivers 3000 W of pulsed output power and is designed for demanding EMC applications, including RTCA DO-160 Category G radiated immunity testing up to 5000 V/m. Its 8 GHz to 18 GHz operating range supports aerospace, defense, and high-frequency RF environments where extreme field strengths and reliable performance are required. Utilizing TWT technology, the amplifier provides excellent linearity, rugged construction, and higher efficiency compared to traditional solid-state solutions. Very low distortion and full tolerance for 100% output mismatch ensure stable and dependable operation even under challenging load or antenna conditions. Remote control capability via GPIB, Ethernet, and USB enables seamless integration into automated test systems. A standard rack-mount configuration is included, with an optional bench mount available for flexible laboratory installations.
