The Model 8100-052 RF Power Amplifier delivers 500 W of output power and is designed for demanding EMC applications, including IEC 61000-4-3 automotive testing up to 30 V/m. Utilizing GaAs technology, it offers improved linearity, rugged construction, and higher efficiency compared to silicon-based amplifiers, making it ideal for continuous operation in challenging test environments. Its 1 GHz to 4 GHz operating range supports a wide range of commercial and automotive immunity requirements. Very low distortion and full tolerance for 100% output mismatch ensure stable and reliable performance, even under difficult load or antenna conditions. Remote control capability via GPIB and LAN allows seamless integration into automated test systems. A standard rack-mount enclosure is included, with an optional bench mount configuration available for flexible laboratory setups.
