The Model 8100-050 RF Power Amplifier delivers a minimum of 500 W of output power and is designed for demanding EMC applications, including MIL-STD 461 RS103 testing at 200 V/m and higher field strengths. Utilizing GaAs technology, it offers excellent linearity and efficiency while maintaining a rugged, high-reliability design suited for continuous operation in challenging test environments. Its 1 GHz to 2 GHz operating range supports a wide variety of commercial, military, and aerospace compliance requirements. The amplifier provides very low distortion and full tolerance for 100% output mismatch, ensuring stable and consistent performance even under difficult load conditions.
