The Model 8100-094 RF Power Amplifier is a compact, solid-state solution designed for EMC applications requiring compliance with MIL-STD 461 RS103 across a wide 1 GHz to 18 GHz frequency range. Delivering 30 W of output power from 1 GHz to 6 GHz and 20 W up to 18 GHz, it provides excellent linearity, efficiency, and reliability compared to traditional silicon-based designs. The amplifier offers very low distortion and full tolerance for 100% output mismatch, ensuring stable operation even under difficult load conditions. Its lightweight 3U rack-mount configuration integrates easily into existing test systems, with remote control capability via GPIB, Ethernet, and USB for automated test environments. An optional bench-mount configuration with front panel connectors is also available, providing flexible deployment for laboratory setups and development workspaces.
