8000-093 RF Power Amplifier
ETS‑Lindgren’s Model 8000-093 RF Power Amplifier is a 1000-6000 MHz 300W power amplifier, designed primarily for EMC applications that include IEC/EN 61000-4-3, 20 V/m and MIL-STD 461 RS 103 requirements. Utilizing GaN technology, this RF amplifier provides higher linearity, rugged design and better efficiency performance versus silicon-based amplifiers.
