Its GaAs-based design delivers superior linearity, low distortion, and efficiency compared to silicon alternatives — providing robust, reliable output even under full mismatch conditions. The unit supports the IEC/EN 61000-4-3 standard for 10 V/m radiated immunity testing using a GTEM or similar test environment.
