Reliable, Compact, and Convenient Mobile Phone Testing

Model 5230 Tabletop RF Test Enclosures are designed for precise DUT measurements that require high levels of shielding, such as mobile phone testing, including R&D, 5G, and Bluetooth applications. The 5230 series features welded construction and doors equipped with user-friendly, progressive RF gasket compression mechanisms, providing up to 120 dB of RF isolation at frequencies above 10 MHz. The spacious interior and zero-perimeter doors maximize the test volume, accommodating larger DUTs.

This series now offers standard configurations with faster lead times compared to custom solutions. These configurations include options for RF anechoic lining (absorber or ferrite tile), RF waveguide vents for cooling, and removable feedthrough panels for power and signal lines.

Custom enclosures are also available, offering features such as frequency specific RF coupling devices (antennas), automated DUT positioning fixtures, interior lighting,
and CCTV cameras.

Key Advantages:

  • Up to 20dB RF Isolation
  • Standard Configurations for Faster Delivery
  • Improved Accessibility with Larger, Zero Perimeter Door
  • Easy Open/Close Progressive Latching
  • Large Working Interior
  • General Purpose RF Testing
  • Custom Configurations Available
