The 33rd Annual Chicago IEEE EMC MiniSymposium, hosted by the IEEE EMC Society Chicago Chapter, will take place on Tuesday, May 5, at the Embassy Suites in Naperville, Illinois, and will provide a valuable opportunity for industry professionals to learn about the latest developments in EMC technology. The IEEE EMC Society Southeastern Michigan Chapter’s EMC Fest 2026 will be held on Thursday, May 7, at the Embassy Suites in Livonia, Michigan. ETS‑Lindgren will showcase its Top 10 Considerations for Automotive EMC Chamber Design and Testing Brochure, along with its Test and Measurement Solutions Full Line Brochure. These resources highlight the company’s expertise in automotive EMC testing, providing industry professionals with guidance on designing chambers and improving test efficiency.
Both events will feature speakers:
- Dan Beeker, President and CTO with System Solution Specialists, who will present “Controlling the Waves: A Field-based Perspective on High-speed PCB Design.”
- Chris Semanson, Staff Power Systems Applications Engineer with Renesas Electronics America Inc., will give a demonstration on building a practical framework to use on the bench and in the chamber followed by a talk covering near-field versus far-field coupling.
