Bruce leads Operations and Supply Management at ETS‑Lindgren, focusing on meeting customer demand and improving global manufacturing performance. He is a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and serves as Vice President of the Austin Chapter of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM).

Daryl leads the Global Solutions Engineering organization at ETS‑Lindgren, which includes Engineering, Services, EMC, Wireless, Automotive and Software Development. He brings nearly 40 years of leadership experience in engineering collaboration, development, and product innovation (hardware, software, and systems), driving revenue growth exceeding $500 million and expanding business relationships and partnerships by more than 300%.

Christaki leads ETS‑Lindgren’s global Quality and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) organization, ensuring the highest standards of product integrity, compliance, and workplace safety. With a background in engineering and new product development, he brings hands-on expertise to advancing quality and safety initiatives across the company’s worldwide operations.

Dou has led ETS‑Lindgren China for nearly 20 years, overseeing operations across mainland China. With deep expertise in customer needs, electromagnetic engineering, and project execution, he has built a strong, sustainable team that delivers high-quality products, projects, and services to Chinese customers—on time and to world-class standards.

Jean-Jacques has led ETS‑Lindgren’s divisions across Europe and India since 2015. He began his career in 1993 when Lindgren RF Enclosures opened its first office in Europe, bringing over three decades of industry experience. Today, Jean-Jacques focuses on continuously improving supply and services for our EMEA-I customer base.

As Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, Joel leads the strategic direction and execution of our worldwide sales and marketing initiatives. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer value, he is responsible for building long-term partnerships, driving market growth, and ensuring our solutions align with the evolving needs of the industries we serve around the world.

With the support of the Executive Leadership Team, Melani leads strategic HR initiatives focused on talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational effectiveness across multiple regions—fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. Her role ensures that HR practices align with business goals while navigating the complexities of a diverse and rapidly evolving global workforce.

Mike’s role at ETS‑Lindgren is twofold: He ensures reliable, 24/7 IT infrastructure with current hardware and systems, and he identifies opportunities to apply new technologies that improve processes and support the company’s evolving needs through continuous innovation.

Naoto leads ETS‑Lindgren’s Japan operations with over 35 years of experience. He founded the Japan office in 2002 after serving as a local distributor. Naoto has been instrumental in expanding the company’s presence, partnerships, and capabilities in electromagnetic compatibility, RF/microwave shielding, and test chamber solutions.

Sanjay Singh leads ETS‑Lindgren’s India operations with over 30 years of leadership in operations, sales, and project management—including 20+ years as a technical leader in the Indian Navy. His expertise in EM compliance, EMP hardening, and regional strategy plays a key role in driving growth and expanding strategic partnerships.
