The Model 8000-011 RF Power Amplifier delivers 1000 watts of output power and is designed for demanding commercial and military applications, including IEC/EN 61000-4-3 testing up to 30 V/m and MIL-STD-461 RS103 requirements up to 200 V/m. Built on advanced Silicon LDMOS technology, it offers excellent linearity, improved efficiency, and a rugged architecture that outperforms traditional silicon-based amplifiers. Its wide operating frequency range from 80 MHz to 1 GHz supports a broad range of immunity testing needs, making it a versatile solution for modern EMC laboratories. The amplifier provides very low distortion and is capable of handling a 100% output mismatch, ensuring stable and reliable performance under challenging load conditions.
