The Model 8000-073 RF Power Amplifier delivers 130 watts of output power and is designed for automotive and military EMC applications, including Ford CS-2009.1 and GMW 3097 radar pulse requirements. Its advanced GaAs technology provides superior linearity and efficiency compared to traditional silicon-based amplifiers, while maintaining a rugged, high-reliability architecture suitable for demanding test environments. With an operating frequency range from 700 MHz to 4.2 GHz, the amplifier supports high-frequency radiated immunity and radar pulse testing up to 300 V/m. Very low distortion and 100% output mismatch tolerance ensure stable, accurate performance even under challenging load or antenna conditions. Remote interface options including USB, Ethernet, and GPIB allow seamless integration into automated test systems.
