Visit ETS-Lindgren’s Acoustical Experts at Industry Leading Event

CEDAR PARK, Texas – June 10, 2022 – As an industry leader in products and services that measure, manage, and control sound, ETS-Lindgren enthusiastically supports NOISE-CON 2022, an annual conference organized and run by the Institute of Noise Control Engineering.  This year, NOISE-CON will be held in person from June 13 to 15 at the University of Kentucky, in Lexington, Kentucky, and features the theme “Soundscape Design.”  Specifically focused on all aspects of noise control and acoustics, NOISE-CON 2022 is the premiere conference for professionals and students in this field.  Attracting noise control professionals from around the world, NOISE-CON features three days of educational programming and networking as well as an expansive sold-out exhibition.  All conference activity will be located on campus at the Gatton Student Center.

“At ETS-Lindgren, we appreciate the importance of noise control for all of society and look forward to the outstanding technical program NOISE-CON offers,” said Dr. Douglas Winker, Product Line Manager, Acoustics, with ETS-Lindgren.  “The program will help us contribute to Soundscape Design to better service our customers.  From determining the level of fan noise in a laptop computer to how effective a window is in reducing sound from outside sources, we are committed to providing the optimal acoustical environments to help our customers produce the best products – now and in the future.”

With decades of experience in controlling noise, ETS-Lindgren’s veteran team of acoustical engineers design and manufacture the products and systems that enclose, absorb, and isolate sound.  Our experienced technicians also perform certified acoustical testing on behalf of customers from automotive and high-technology manufacturers to audiologists.  Beyond commercial products, ETS-Lindgren also works with the healthcare industry in providing high-quality audiometric sound booths to diagnose a patient’s hearing capability.  With this broad spectrum of acoustical expertise supported by six manufacturing factories and a team of more than 750 employees worldwide, ETS-Lindgren provides solutions that control noise in diverse environments and optimize the quality of life.

Visit our acoustic industry webpage to learn more about our wide range of products, including our acoustical solutions and audiometric solutions.  Our acoustical test services offered in our NVLAP accredited Acoustic Research Lab (ARL) include a reverberation chamber suite for determining sound transmission loss, sound absorption, and noise isolation, as well as a hemi-anechoic chamber for noise emissions and sound power determinations.  To learn more about optimizing the test experience of your products, view our Top 10 Considerations for Acoustical Testing.

“We look forward to welcoming visitors from around the world at our Booth #23 in the Harris Ballroom (third floor) during the exhibition,” said Scott Dunlap, Manager, Acoustic Sales, with ETS-Lindgren.  “Our acoustical engineers and sales support staff will be available to chat with you to learn more about how we can help you control and evaluate noise.  We appreciate that attendees of NOISE-CON are as passionate about noise control as we are at ETS-Lindgren,” he added.  The exhibit hall is open from 1:00 to 7:30 pm EDT on Monday, June 13 and from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm EDT on Tuesday, June 14.
