If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in an ETS‑Lindgren product, please contact us at the address above. To help us respond quickly, include:

  • The product name, serial number, and model number
  • The software or firmware version
  • A description of the issue and how to reproduce it
  • Any potential impact you have identified

What to Expect

We acknowledge your report
You will receive confirmation that we have received your report and that it has been assigned for review.

We investigate
Our engineering team assesses the issue, confirms which products and versions are affected, and determines the appropriate response.

We keep you informed
We share our assessment and an expected timeline, and we coordinate with you on the timing of any public disclosure.

We resolve and notify
When a fix or mitigation is available, we make it available to affected customers and, where required, notify the relevant authorities.
EU Cyber Resilience Act. ETS‑Lindgren meets the vulnerability and incident reporting obligations of the EU Cyber Resilience Act effective September 11, 2026, and is implementing the full conformity and support-period requirements ahead of the December 11, 2027 deadline.
