ETS-Lindgrens Model 8000-073 RF Power Amplifier is a 130W power amplifier, designed primarily for automotive and military applications that include Ford CS-2009.1 and GMW 3097 Radar Pulse requirements. Utilizing GaAs technology, this RF amplifier provides higher linearity, rugged design and better efficiency performance versus silicon based amplifiers.

The 8000-073 provides very low distortion and tolerance for 100% mismatch.
