The Model 8000-074 RF Power Amplifier delivers 250 watts of output power and is designed for EMC applications requiring ISO 11452-2 and IEC/EN 61000-4-3 testing at field strengths up to 200 V/m. Utilizing advanced GaN technology, it offers superior linearity and efficiency compared to traditional silicon-based amplifiers, while maintaining a rugged, high-reliability design suitable for continuous operation in demanding environments. Its operating frequency range from 700 MHz to 4.2 GHz supports a wide range of automotive and commercial radiated immunity requirements, including higher field-level testing. Very low distortion and 100% output mismatch tolerance ensure stable, accurate performance even under challenging load or antenna conditions.
