FACT™ 25 CISPR Chambers

ETS-Lindgren's FACT™ 25 CISPR Chambers offer semi-anechoic radiated emissions (RE) compliance testing over a frequency range of 70 MHz to 18 GHz. The chamber is used for vehicle component level testing in accordance with CISPR 25.

Description

The FACT™ 25 CISPR chamber's performance is achieved by lining the walls and ceiling with extra high performance (EHP) EHP-36PCL, 36 inch, pyramidal absorber material. The chamber is constructed using our Series 81TM modular shielding system.

Standard Configuration

  • One threaded brass ground stud 1.27 cm (0.5") diameter x 12.7 cm (5") long
  • One single-leaf, Series 201, recessed contact mechanism (RCM), manually operated, RF-shielded door, 1.2 m x 2.13 m (4' x 7') high
  • Installation of the enclosure and absorber
  • Guaranteed performance and a five-year limited warranty; one-year warranty on doors, filters and moving parts; two year warranty on optional ETS-Lindgren's equipment
  • Design and fabricate RF-shielded enclosure, interior nominal shield-to-shield dimensions of 7 m L x 7 m W x 4.3 m H, (23 L x 22' W x 14' H) includes 30 cm (12") raised floor
  • Two connector panels, (6" x 24")
  • Two waveguide vents, 30.48 cm x 30.48 cm (12' x 12') in the ceiling
  • 3.18 mm (1/8") thick dielectric floor underlay
  • Six mil polyethylene vapor barrier
  • EHP-36PCL, 36", pyramidal absorber on all wall and ceiling surfaces
  • Shield test per MIL-STD-285, one frequency test at 1 GHz
  • One door maintenance kit
  • 3.18 mm (1/8") vinyl floor tile
  • Four incandescent corner mounted light fixtures with incandescent floodlights (electrical distribution not included)
  • Two UL-listed 2 x 30 amp, 60 Hz power-line filters (wiring and electrical distribution not included)
