Please note that the Company may require the use of your personal information to administer your job applicant relationship with us. Therefore, in some instances, we may not be able to process your request.

You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information, the categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collect from you and retain. If required by law, we will delete your personal information after such request is made. Online Tracking
Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” (DNT) or similar feature that signals to websites that a visitor does not want to have his/her online activity and behavior tracked. Not all browsers offer a DNT option and there is currently no industry consensus for how to recognize or respond to a DNT signal. We will endeavor to recognize commercially recognized opt out signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control). Recognition of this signal will only take place with respect to the device and/or browser that communicates the signal.
Non-Discrimination
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of the privacy rights provided by the California Privacy Laws. This includes the right not to be retaliated against for the exercise of your rights.
Automated Decision-making
You have the right to opt-out of the use of automated decision-making technology when it is used for significant decisions concerning you or for extensive profiling. We do not currently use automated decision-making technology for these purposes.

You have the right to direct us to stop selling your personal information. The section above entitled Sale of Personal Information and Sharing for Advertising Purposes describes the limited circumstances in which we sell personal information. Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

Verifying Requests
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you.

This EU & UK Privacy Notice
- is intended to meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal information and on the free movement of such data (known as “EU GDPR”) and the retained EU law version of the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679), as incorporated into UK law by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (known as “UK GDPR”) (together “GDPR”); and

These companies are referred to in this EU & UK Privacy Notice as “we” or “us”.
The term “personal information” in this EU & UK Privacy Notice means “personal data” as defined under GDPR. This means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Identifiable persons are also referred to as a data subject in this Notice.
