CEDAR PARK, TEXAS, March 18, 2011 – ETS-Lindgren announced today that it has acquired EMV Elektronische Messgerate Vertriebs-G.m.b.H., together with its subsidiary EMSCREEN Electromagnetic Screening G.m.b.H (collectively, "EMV"). EMV is located in Taufkirchen, Germany, near Munich. The company is a leading supplier of EMC and RF measurement systems, including the design and installation of architectural RF shielded facilities.
